Galvanized steel Pipe

Galvanized Steel pipe & tube

Galvanized steel pipes are divided into cold galvanized steel pipes and hot galvanized steel pipes.

The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is to make the molten metal react with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, so that the matrix and the coating are combined.
The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe matrix undergoes a complex physical and chemical reaction with the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe matrix. Therefore, its corrosion resistance is strong.

Galvanized round steel pipe

Galvanized round tubing is a kind of steel pipe with a circular cross-section. It is more durable than carbon steel tubes but more cost-effective than stainless tubes. Besides, round tubing has one continuous surface with no edges, which makes it more resistant to flexing and torsional twisting under weight and pressure. It is commonly used for transporting fluid, such as oil, water, gas, etc.

Square galvanized steel pipe

galvanized square tube is made of steel plate or steel belt after crimping forming welded square tube in hot dip galvanized pool through a series of chemical reaction forming square tube; Can also be hot rolled or cold rolled galvanized steel strip after cold bending, and then high-frequency welding of a hollow square section steel pipe. The production process of the pipe is simple, high production efficiency, variety of specifications, less equipment, but the general strength is lower than seamless square pipe.
